The first of our questionnaires, this was released at the time of the 2001 census. In addition to the commonly collected body measurements and basic information, this questionnaire mirrors some of the questions asked in the national census – particularly examining the household and distance travelled to school. In addition, the survey asks about favourite football teams and school subjects.
