The CensusAtSchool initiative is still going ahead this year online. The CensusAtSchool initiative is an exciting way for teachers to enhance students awareness and importance around the national census while also providing an opportunity for learners themselves in participate in their own version of a census. The CensusAtSchool 2020-2021 questionnaire questions are tailored to suit the interests of post-primary students and will provide your class with the opportunity to gather, handle, and analyse raw data on topics related to internet access and devices, home-schooling, assessment, travel to school, politics and lockdown pastimes.
It is crucial that all students enter the correct teacher username when completing the questionnaire in order to download the class data effectively. Teachers are able to download their class responses after the class completes the online questionnaire in the Get Data section of the website.
